In a move that underscores the UAE's growing commitment to global legal cooperation, the Dubai Judicial Institute (DJI) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Morocco's Institut Supérieur de la Magistrature. This strategic partnership is designed to foster mutual legal development, strengthen judicial capacity, and deepen ties between the two institutions.

Signed virtually by Judge Dr. Ebtessam Ali Al Badwawi, Director-General of the Dubai Judicial Institute, and Judge Abdelhanine Touzani, Director-General of Morocco’s Institut Supérieur de la Magistrature, the agreement establishes a collaborative framework for judicial training, research, and institutional exchange.

The MoU outlines a shared commitment to:

• Organising joint seminars and workshops for legal professionals.
• Coordinating academic publications and legal research initiatives.
• Facilitating field visits to support experiential learning.
• Enhancing judicial education through digital transformation and innovation.

Judge Dr. Ebtessam Al Badwawi emphasised that the MoU aligns with DJI's mission to expand international partnerships and provide world-class legal training programs.
