Eligibility Criteria for Grenada Citizenship by Investment (CBI)

To qualify for Grenada’s Citizenship by Investment Programme (CBI), applicants must be at least 18 years old, show proof of legal source of investment funds, maintain good health, and have a clean criminal record. Neither the applicant nor dependants should have had prior visa rejections from countries that share visa-free agreements with Grenada. Two investment routes are available: a government contribution or an approved real estate investment.
